ASTLEY BROOK - GREATER MANCHESTER

Astley Brook was built by us for Redwaters-McCaul and was the first sizeable new housing development in the village of Astley, Greater Manchester, for over 10 years and proved an instant success.

Work on the 39 houses began in October 2014 and was fully completed and sold by the start of December 2015. Just 13 months from work beginning to everyone moving in!

The houses were snapped up by families, couples and individuals almost as soon as work started. 

The site is made up of detached and semi-detached houses and bungalows and is surrounded by fields and farmland. 

The houses were designed to fit in with  the surrounding countryside to make this a really attractive site in a sought-after location.
