BRIDGE HOUSE FARM AT THELWALL - CHESHIRE

We built Bridge House for McCaul Developments (Cheshire) Ltd and it is a magnificent two-acre gated development nestled in a conservation area on the edge of the picturesque village of Thelwall. The village is fast becoming one of Cheshire’s most desired places to live.

The development is centred round a historic farm house. The house and barns were converted into country homes with a modern twist,  whilst four new homes were built in the grounds.

The farm house, which dates back to mid 1700  is believed to be the last remaining smallholding in the village, but it has not been a working farm for the last 80 years.

The development, which is surrounded by woodland, will epitomise  history, luxury and exclusivity.
