In this project we were the developers. We cleverly designed this site which consists of 2 three storey, four bedroom detached houses with three bathrooms together with 2, three storey, three bedroom semi-detached houses also with three bathrooms.

The addition of the third floor lent itself perfectly for a guest suite with a bathroom. 

Tucked away in a pleasant cu-de-sac this site was snapped up by families looking for a spacious home. The standard of fixture and fitting was at the higher end of the scale.
