In this contemporary scheme, we were the developers. The Point development is located on the banks of the Rochdale Canal and overlooking Manchester’s newest marina at Cotton Field Park in New Islington. It consists of 104 apartments and 13 houses.

The Point has been carefully designed to maximise the water frontage and is focused around a sense of community and city centre living.
